Generous PTO Accrual Schedule
Entry level employees start with 17 days of PTO in addition to flexible schedules. Accrual increases every two years of service.
4-12 Weeks of Parental Leave
Non-birth parents receive 4 weeks of leave plus an additional 8 weeks of flex time. Birth parents receive additional leave based on their physician's requirements.
