This was a local 110,500 SF partial remodel. It included an updated finish palette, a new floor plan, new furniture, and a new breakroom, Micro Mart, conference rooms, Chapel, and various collaborative soft seating areas throughout the second floor space.

Since moving to our headquarters, we grew significantly, adding three divisions. To meet our needs, we remodeled, expanding into a neighboring space, creating dedicated areas, and upgrading bathrooms and kitchens.

Highland Village, a former medical building, is now a multi-tenant office space. We were chosen to repurpose it, updating the exterior and interiors, designing a shared lobby and bathrooms, and planning tenant spaces

The new 24,000 SF, 2-story building in Chesterfield, MO, is designed for 50 staff members, providing a functional and inspiring workspace that supports Knoebel’s growth. It consolidates and expands operations in a dynamic architectural setting that highlights the team’s skills.

We developed the conceptual design for renovating US Cloud’s headquarters in Town and Country, MO. As the top global alternative for Microsoft Support, US Cloud serves the entire Microsoft Office suite.

We transformed a vacant office for 700 employees, using a central axis design to optimize shared resources, logistics, and future expansion. The tech-focused design includes advanced data solutions, uninterrupted power, and generator backup.
