LAMBERT AIRPORT ARMY NATIONAL GUARD STATION - ST. LOUIS, MO
Architecture and project management for site surveying to determine energy conservation options to improve energy efficiency. The project progressed through construction with LED upgrades to all fixtures, including modifications to the existing incoming electrical service, disconnects, and panels.

CITY HALL - CITY OF ST. PETERS MISSOURI
Designer of Record for a new vestibule outside of the existing front door under the existing canopy between brick piers and for upgrades to the existing city hall service/reception desk and HVAC assessment.
JUSTICE CENTER - CITY OF ST. PETERS MISSOURI
Designer of Record (DOR) for security improvements including modifying exit signage, door hardware, installing addition electrical key-switches for gate operator, adding security cameras, installing lighting at detainee release
and renovating the existing storage closet.

Designer of Record (DOR) for new office suite for redistricting offices on the 5th floor of the capitol. Structural re-engineering of masonry load-bearing walls to allow for new entrance and extension of the historic limestone staircase.

Architectural and engineering design of vehicle maintenance facility with offices, accessory rooms, breakroom, locker room, service bays, and mezzanine storage. Civil engineering for maintenance facility sanitary sewer extensions for 4 locations. Architectural and engineering design for rest area retrofits and additions for 3 locations.

IKE SKELTON TRAINING SITE - JEFFERSON CITY, MO
Designer of Record (DOR) for architectural and mechanical engineering for HVAC upgrades and storefront/door replacement and building envelope enhancements for the Military Education Facility. DOR electrical engineering and project management services for EV Charging Stations. These projects consisted of installation of one Level 3 & and three Level 2 dual-port electric vehicle charging stations with a new 600A 277/480v service and associated equipment. DOR for architectural design for the redesign of the CSMS roofing system, replacement of all overhead and entry doors, interior remodel of the maintenance offices, and reconfiguration of the electronics workshop and armament. DOR for architecture, engineering and project management for the replacement of paint booth and blast booth, expansion of the maintenance facility (3,000 SF), and ASHRAE Level II energy analysis and solar photovoltaic design and installation for a 200kW solar photovoltaic system (ground mounted). DOR for architectural design at the Support Maintenance Shop to extend a work bay, an interior remodel of the annex, new paving, additional upgrades to work bays, and replacement of the roof overhead doors, painted windows
and manual doors.
KIRKWOOD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
Retro-commissioning services to assist with HVAC and electrical
system performance issues. Services included review of design
documents, control system, and electrical power systems. Recommendations were made including control programming
changes, HVAC equipment, and recommending electrical power coordination study and required changes.
GOVERNMENT BUILDING COMPLEX - CITY OF SUNSET HILLS, MO
Mechanical and electrical engineering services for government building complex mechanical equipment renovations and replacements for energy service upgrades.

MISSOURI STATE PENITENTIARY
Architectural historical design including restoration of materials,
doors/hinges that were able to be salvaged/re-built, and replication of furniture of the period. Architectural and engineering redesign of the historical housing unit roof, stone parapets, and structural framing that was destroyed due to a tornado in 2019.
MISSOURI STATE FAIRGROUNDS
Conceptual design for new multi-use event area. Architectural and MEP engineering for maintenance facility with drive-in paint booth, 2 post vehicular lifts, maintenance pit, mezzanines, private offices, conference center and breakroom.
STATE OF MISSOURI
In 2017, our team designed an 80 KW solar power system for the Missouri National Guard, mounted with non-penetrating connections on an existing metal roof. The project included FAA coordination due to flight path considerations.
MISSOURI NATIONAL GUARD
In 2018, our team partnered with the Missouri National Guard to design two decontamination units for the nation's largest Black Hawk helicopter repair facility. The units include air showers, locker rooms, showers, laundry, and restrooms. The mechanical design ensures a positive pressure environment to prevent contamination.
FULTON STATE HOSPITAL
Our team collaborated with the Office of Administration and the Department of Mental Health to enhance patient experience and safety in the new hospital. Our design services included dining systems, medical exam rooms, office furniture, digital file systems, training equipment, recreational spaces, wayfinding signage, and artistic imagery.
MISSOURI STATE CAPITOL - 5TH FLOOR
Our team redesigned a former storage space behind the Capitol Rotunda into a redistricting office suite. Structural work included re-engineering masonry walls for a new entrance and extending the historic limestone staircase. The design featured offices, a conference room, and historically matched finishes like mahogany doors, wood trim, gold leaf stair risers, and period lighting.
HISTORIC MISSOURI STATE PENITENTIARY
The project involved excavating an 1840s cell block buried in 1902, restoring concrete, brick masonry, cut stone, and barrel-vaulted cells. Historic design included salvaging doors, hinges, and replicating period furniture.
JEFFERSON BARRACKS
In 2018, we partnered with Raventek to build a SCIF at Jefferson Barracks Military Post, conducting structural evaluations, load calculations, code studies, and design. Due to security, project details remain classified.
IKE SKELTON CSMS BUILDING
In 2019, we designed a new paint booth, blast booth, air shower, and mixing room within the maintenance area, along with a 1,200 SF vehicle bay addition, locker rooms, a 200KW solar field, and MEP upgrades. Completed in 2021.
MISSOURI STATE FAIRGROUNDS
In 2024, we designed a maintenance facility with drive-in paint booth, 2 post vehicular lifts, maintenance pit, mezzanines, private offices, conference center and breakroom at the Sedalia Fairgrounds.
MISSOURI STATE PULIC SAFTEY COMPLEX
We developed programming in 2021 for a public safety complex and Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy in Jefferson City, MO.
