CD Companies recently completed the onsite development plans for a 75,000 SF. Dierbergs supermarket with 18,000 SF of adjoining retail/restaurant developments which included Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and MEP Engineering. CASCO Civil provided site development and water quality control of stormwater for the entire 11.1 acre site. This included the engineering of multiple bio-retention basins to provide water quality for runoff from the site. Water distribution and Sanitary Collection drawings were provided per the design and construction standards of Public Water supply District #2 and St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District.

We also recently completed offsite work for Dierbergs. The design included the reconstruction and widening of existing Orf Road, widening of Ronald Reagan Dr, and the addition of a turn lane off Highway N. The signalized intersection of Orf Road and Ronald Reagan Road was modified to account for an additional turn lane as well.
