CD Companies has teamed up with Guggenheim Partners and the Learning Experience to design and develop multiple locations throughout the Midwest, mostly centered in the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan areas. CD Companies has provided full service design including civil engineering, site feasibility analysis, entitlement coordination and presentation at city planning commission and city council hearings.
