Due to extensive expansion needs to meet the growth of the school, Pre-K through 8th grade, River Oak reached out to our team to help them assess the needs for a new school campus. After extensive fund raising and master planning, it was determined that the School would purchase an existing medical office building that could be re-purposed for the school with the addition of a new gymnasium building on the north side. The renovation project will allow for two levels of classrooms and future third floor expansion space. The program includes classrooms, gymnasium, library, administrative offices, cafeteria, tech/science rooms, and art classrooms.
