KinderCare Learning Centers are child-care and early childhood education facilities. For nearly 50 years, KinderCare has been providing educational programs for children from six weeks to 12 years old. The KinderCare in Omaha, NE was an unique opportunity for CD Companies. We partnered with Terraform on a $3M, 13,335 SF ground-up facility for KinderCare. The structure was of wood-frame construction incorporating a reinforced concrete block storm-shelter. Services provided were Architecture, full MEP, and Structural Engineering.
